🏢 TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION (2-Day Airbnb Booking)
To fully support our community, the Alliance has booked dedicated Airbnb accommodations for two full days:
- Preparation Team: For those arriving early to help with catering, food preparation, and event logistics, the accommodation is available before the event.
- Long-Distance Travellers: For members travelling from other cities, you can spend the night comfortably and safely.

- 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM | Welcome & Registration (Arrival, member sign-in & guest welcoming)
- 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM | Presentation of Future Projects (Strategic vision & goals)
- 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM | Rules, Constitution & Voting (Official validation)
- 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM | Networking & Social Time (Refreshments, food & community bonding)
